phone ring sound too low

Just had a new phone a HUAWEI P SMART and the ringer sound is too low and it only rings for four rings dose anyone know how to change them iv looked every where to change the settings to no avail any help please cheers

IV tried to find out where I can change how many rings it makes
and sadly I can not find how or where I can change this or make the ringing sound become louder iv been in settings and its on maximum
any ideas anyone please cheers

change the ring tone to a louder one. As said before the number of rings...........turn off answer phone

Thank you JB I did read your answer and I did try the site but sadly there wasn't anything about the HUAWEI phone or a code to change the rings and the sounds either so im still looking but cheers for your help
