I've returned the items and have got a partial refund.
I've not been refunded the original p and p costs. I know it's only £2.95. Should I pursue it or just let it go? Their responses were a bit snotty so I'm inclined to not let them get away with it.0 -
They're legally obliged to refund the original P+P. Whether it's worth your time and effort to pursue this only you can decide.0
