PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. I thought Dafydd was the welsh equivalent of David.
What is the welsh equivalent of Dave? Daffy seems appropriate.

IF you are in Wales can you genuinely get a reduction on your council tax if you are "severely mentally impaired"
The big question has to be why can we not qualify for the same in England Scotland and NI?0 -
