Hi. I received a 'final warning' from Zenith Collections for debt passed to them from Excel Parking Services and a reference. This is the first I know of this penalty and the letter was addressed to a different house number (352 rather than 52) which may explain this.
I've contacted Zenith and they will not provide any information or evidence because they claim to be responsible to collection only and that my van log book address must be "wrong". It isn't. Please can you assist me. I have nothing to go on accept and alleged date and address of wrongful parking - 20/9/18 and St Albans AL1 3TG.

Send a Subject Access Request to Excel.
Suggestions on how you might do that are in post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread.0 -
Why did you contact Zenith (aka Debt Recovery plus?). See the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread, about ignoring debt collectors. NEVER ring them. STOP TAKING THE BAIT.
I agree with KeithP, send a SAR to Excel's DPO, by email, like the NEWBIES thread tell you in the second post - all is explained there, with a link to a template SAR.
ALSO include a sentence requiring Excel's DPO to 'rectify' your address data to the correct house number, and attach proof (copy of your Council Tax bill maybe).
And check that the DVLA have your correct house number, as this is where Excel got the address. Could it be the DVLA have it wrong? Email them and ask.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
