Look at post #29 by an exasperated bambooparking !
Without in any way being rude to that *newbie*, who clearly has his opinion, I'd suggest you can take such posts with a pinch of salt because, after all, you didn't post here to be lectured by someone who seems to represent a parking scammer's viewpoint, without being honest enough to admit it and register officially with MSE Towers so he could post openly for his company.
You really don't need a new poster with a *strange* agenda to read your defence and would be better off with the advice posted by regular posters here, I'd suggest.
Agree - I looked back through their post history and found it very odd. Cheers for the post, as this did baffle me slightly :T0 -
hi all. Quick update, I received the directions questionnaire form from the CCBC, and also a copy of BW Legal response's questionnaire. I've completed as per Bargepole's advice on here.
I will send the forms in the post tomorrow, is it also possible to email scanned copies as my response?
Thanks0 -

Hi all, just to update on this - a month or so ago I received an offer with a reduced fine, I ignored this letter and then a few weeks later I got a letter with NCP withdrawing the case
thank you all for the support with this
Edit: Interestingly, I got another PCN claim from them in the last week or so for a new claim on a different date. The SAR request shows they have messed up, as I paid for OVER the time I stayed in the car park as per the pay machine receipts. Looking to raise a complaint with them0 -
Yay, a discontinuance is a win - well done!
ANOTHER NCP ONE BITES THE DUST!
:TPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

For the new one, just double check any VRM was input correclty, if it was needed
If youve got all your ducks in a row, then far from a complaint id just send them a LBC for £250.0
