Thompson and Morgan - plants still not arrived

I ordered some plants mid-Feb, rang up and was told they would be with me by the end of March. Still waiting.
I think T&M are a bit like the hospital wing in the garden centre. If I see a bargain that I'm interested in, I take a gamble, knowing that some of the plants might be OK and I'll come out ahead. But I wouldn't pay full price for anything.

I ordered the T&M fruit collection I saw on here. All arrived sooner than expected. One of the blueberries was snapped off at the base. I rang them the same day and got a very helpful response. Another was sent in the post and arrived exactly as expected.

I do only buy the special offers and I guess I've been luck so far.

(The best apple tree I ever bought was £3.99 from Aldi, no label, no name but seems to have more apples than leaves most years)

I ordered the fruit collection advertised on this site.
Then I received an email to say it would be dispatched a month later.
A month later an email to say it had been dispatched and a link to some tracking details, however the tracking did not work.
Ten days later, nothing had arrived, so I emailed. A holding response said not to email again but they would be in touch.
Eventually an email response came, sorry for the delay in replying, sorry you haven't received your goods, will arrange a refund. This should show within 5 days.

I actually have my doubts as to these ever being dispatched in the first place.

I will update to say if the refund is credited.

Credit for £12.99 showing in my account. No postage refunded. 26/4/19

You will get your refund. I did though it took a few days. But they didn't refund the postage so I had to chase them for that and I still haven't had it. Can't believe what poor service it was.

Wonder if we should let Moneysavingexpert know about this - assume it isn't just picked up by it being on the forum. Because I don't think Thompson and Morgan should just get featured again if they don't come through with their offers.

I have previously had plants from them without any problems but I have a part order due for delivery by the end of May.

When checking the tracking it says there is no order with the number.

I ordered some plants through the MSE link - then some days later I received a PayPal refund with no communication or explanation from T & M. I definitely think MSE should know about this...!

I looked on the reviews who advised the best email address to use is socialmedia@thompson-morgan.com

I emailed about my order not showing and got the standard holding email.

I have checked this evening and using my order number got no order found but using my email address the order came up with a totally different order number and despatch scheduled for 6 May.

It seems they are getting things sorted.
