Hi, can anyone offer some advice to a very non tech person please.

We have two iPads and a laptop. We have a wireless printer, all lights on that should be on are on.

I have repeatedly tried to print from all devices with no luck. Tried many times pressing the WPS button to no avail. On laptop says it’s printing then nothing happens.

It seems as if they all talk to the router but not each other.

No problem at all with laptops and iPads connecting to router

Help!!!

Many thanks if you can help from someone slowly going round in circles .......

Have you connected the printer to the new router?
You will need to go through the original process of connecting the printer and then adding the printer to each of the devices.

On laptop (windows10 assumed) type print in cortana/search.
    Select printers and scanners.
Is thew printer listed? If not click add printer or scanner.

    Checking WPS instructions...
    1. Press WPS pushbutton mode on your printer. Usually hold for 2 or 3 seconds until wifi light flashes. (For instructions on starting WPS on your printer, consult your printer's manual.)
    2. Within 2 minutes, press the WPS button on your router. (usually hold for 2 or seconds until router wps light -if it has one- comes on).
