    Good afternoon everyone :hello:
It's lovely and sunny again so I have the back door open but it is a bit chilly so I am shivering a bit. The dogs are loving being able to go in and out as they please though. Jemima has just left after spending the afternoon with me. It is always lovely to see her but I got the feeling she was keeping an eye on me as well as I am struggling a bit.

Sorry to hear you had a bit of a rubbish visit with your mum Gers, hopefully she will be in a better mood tomorrow xx
Hester, hope the move goes smoothly for you and CHS xx
Nelski, got to admit to having a snigger at the name of your mums sweets, I am a grown up honestly xx
Organza, well done on the weight loss, that is a substantial amount xx
Good to see you back Nanny, hope you start to feel a lot better soon xx
Sending hugs and cwtches to all the sad and poorly xx

We are having Indian takeaway ready meals for dinner tonight as Lee is at college so can't help me cook. I thought a stab stab ping meal would be better than actually ordering a takeaway. It's certainly a lot cheaper too.

We are all chugging along here at the moment. Sadly I didn't win the lottery again so Steve still has to go to work.

Hope you all have a great evening whatever you are up to, take care xx
  • Afternoon folks and ((BIG HUGS)) for GERS. My own mum was very difficult (even before the Parkinsons and dementia set in) and sulks were frequent events. I didn't even try to cajole her out of them because all it did was wind me up and didn't stop her sulking anyway.

Nice morning with friend but my lunch was a disappointment. I had chicken and it was quite stringy and dry. One to avoid in future as everything else we have had has been very nicely cooked.

My painful shoulder has eased quite a bit as the day has worn on. Maybe the Oriental Rub does work wonders after all! I feel half doped though with the sleepless night and all the painkillers!

Nice to have you back NAN and HESTER!
