Look on your local authority website. However social housing is in very short supply in most areas (if not all) so unless you are a high priority need you are unlikely to be housed this way.

Housing association list or do you mean registering with council?
Most councils say you need to have lived in that borough for the past five years which i havent.
I get PIP , ESA if that helps?
I have no permanent place to stay atm

Both are the same thing now. Councils houses are now known as housing association. Claiming both of those benefits won't help you get a housing association property.
