DH has been signed off for another month - how many pieces would I need to cut him into before he'll fit in the slow cooker?

:rotfl: sorry I had to read that twice to make sure I'd read it right

I'm sorry to hear that though, but I do remember doing a presentation on how to chop up a human for my degree.....and before you all think I'm a doctor....I did HospitalityIt was in the afternoon, just after lunch and the tutor stopped us finishing it as half the class had gone green
It will boil down as it cooks though
Did they give any indication when he might be allowed back???

The same amount as a pig I'd presume... well we do taste like pork after all

but if we were chopped up on a butchers counter, we'd look like beef.... :eek:
infact apparently the taste would be *fine* but you'd be a bit dissapointed cause you'd have thought you'd bought beef not pork.... :eek:
shame I couldn't remember anything useful when it came to the exams0 -
No indication, but he only gets 3 months at full pay, any longer than that and he goes on to half pay
I can see myself being committed soon. Every time I try to escape to the kitchen he follows me and gets in my wayOrganised people are just too lazy to look for things

fingers crossed he'll be getting better faster
try chasing him out the kitchen with a carving knife.....(after showing him he'll fit in the slow cooker
)
or dirty LOADS of dishes, and if he's going to be in the kitchen he might as well wash those, then dry them, then reorganise the cupboards (only the ones you've muddled up first) and then maybe he could wash the floor.....
my sympathy to you though, it really is hard when they get under your feet like that....turns an organised day of surfing on MSE into a nightmare

So if you set him to work doing something every time he comes in, as soon as he steps through the door... "Oh, you're just in time to help me with..." he might decide not to visit so often. Especially if you save up all the mucky jobs for him. If it doesn't put him off at least you'll get plenty of helpHi, I'm a Board Guide on the Old Style and the Consumer Rights boards which means I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly and can move and merge posts there.
