So confusing changing broadband

Options
I've been looking at Broadband providers that are not of the big names, Been looking at Zen and italk. Zen being top of my list as they in my home town. reviews on trust pilot and also italk reviews are not good. So confusing. Are there anymore independent ISPs that I should look at. Any internet will have to come thought the phone line as no cable on our street.

Note that the independent ISPS like Zen will charge you more money for the same service and this usually goes towards better quality customer service if you need it.

If you look at the more mainstream providers that everybody goes for (Sky, BT, Plusnet, TalkTalk to name but four) the prices are cheaper but its at the expense of customer service and you have to fight everybody else in the telephone queues.

AAISP are also good and probably on a par with Zen.

All will come down the same BT owned cable .
Zen or A&A generally come out the best on ISP reviews .
    Customer service .
I have two brothers been with TT PN and now BT and never needed to call CS .
Me i have had OR out about 30 times in the last three years ( complicated REIN fault) With BT and use the BT Members Community Forum to get help from top level CS .

Within the last week or so Zen Unlimited Fibre 1 has reduced in price for a 12 month contract to £29.99 per month with no activation fee, free router delivered free with a promise of no price increases if one remains on that product.
