Flight cancellation claim when airline refuses to give reason

The airline will compensate us. I think I am being a tad greedy in considering whether to pursue a separate claim with our travel insurance policy.
I have furnished the travel insurance company with emails from the airline confirming the cancellation and also advising me that they cannot give me a specific reason for the cancellation as it is against the airline's policy.
What is the name of the insurer and which policy did you buy?0 -
