I suspect they are not coming from the music site atall ..
This is most likely being generated by an app that you have installed recently.
One way to tell, does it happen on both of your tablets ??
Or did i read your OP wrong and this is happening on an actual computer ?

If the site these pop up on carries adverts then I think you'll find that's where it's coming from, not FACEBOOK or MONEY SAVING WEBSITE (what's with the capitals BTW, it looks juvenile).
Contact the site administrators and advise them.0
