Lisa vs Help to buy

Hi everyone.
I know this is an ongoing topic but here we go.
I have had help to buy Isa since July 2017 and I'm wondering if Lisa would be better.
At this point, I'm not sure what to do.
Can I open Lisa, move money there for this tax year a and then again after 6th April?
How would it work with help to buy?
Can I pay into both at the same time?
Please help. Thank you
