Is there a way to have two phone numbers (and two sim cards) on one contract? So both of them will share the same minutes, texts and data limits.

It's possible to have more than one line on a single account. EE for example will allow you to share one data allowance amongst them (the contracts that are eligible for this come with unlimited calls and texts) or you can gift data from one contract to another if they are both on the same account.

For a fuller answer, it would help if you could describe exactly what it is you want to do (eg amount needed of data/minutes etc) and what sort of price you are thinking of.

I would say 600 mins, 2GB data and smallest possible price yet the quality and support better than awful EE provides.

Is there a uswitch-like comparison place for multiple-sim deals?

For that usage, I personally won't bother about 2 number for one contract. Too much of hassle...

just go for PAYG. You can switch to someone else if you are not happy with the service

It's no more hassle than getting just one sim.

Try Sky Mobile. Multiple SIMs on one account. (No you don't need to be an existing Sky customer)

Bank any unused data to  redistribute between the account SIMs.

Switch tariffs monthly to suit your needs

Most (if not all tariffs) have unlimited calls and messages.

    Great customer service too.

If you have Sky TV, a lot of their tariffs provide unlimited streaming on the Sky Go App

They use the O2 network, which may or may not be an advantage to you.

Beat me to it, I was about to suggest Sky Mobile. They offer Multiple numbers to one account :)

Historically, it's also been possible to agree a 50% discount too.

If you can't get this, a 30% discount on a second line is normally offered.
