Hi All,
Sorry if this has been repeated several times.
I had received a ticket on 07/03/19 for "parking in a disabled bay and not displaying a valid disabled badge" this is true but I genuinely forgot to display this. I use the station car park (Surbiton) everyday and this is the first time this has happened. This is now 17 days from when this was received.
Should I use the Template provided in the newbies thread, but mention that I forgot to put the badge?
Thank you guys. Sorry if you will have to repeat yourself.

There's no need for any threads about APCOA, they are so easy to beat with the templates from the NEWBIES thread and not saying who was driving.mention that I forgot to put the badge?
No, that blows the ENTIRE winning template from the 'keeper'!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0 -
MAny thanks, Do I just copy and past the text in blue? do I need to wait for a number of days to pass?0

Send the template in blue unaltered from the keeper.
Send it around day 26 if there was a windscreen ticket, which presumably there was.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -

Complain to your MP. Service providers are required by law

to make "reasonable adjustments" to cater for the "protected characteristics" of disabled people. IMO, cancellation of this PCN would fall into this category.
On 18th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these private parking companies. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, and persistent offenders denied access. Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers.
Until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
