The Eon app is crap! Even an Eon operator agreed with me!
They really need to sort it
I was tranfered to them,I started with Eastern Electricitiy then went to TXU Energy then Powergen and EON took over.I had Independent Gas Transporter charges added to my bill suddenly,then I was told the day's of cheap energy were over and the pressure of North Sea Gas was falling and it was costing more to pump it by an EON call centre member of staff.
It didn't smell right and I promptly left them.0
