I have just spent an hour and a half on hold before giving up and the day before 35 minutes just to give an electricity meter reading as it wont process it through the app.
I've also tried contacting them via Twitter and have been ignored, I'll be switching supplier in a few months time as this fails the basics in terms of customer service.
Does anybody know how to contact them via email?

Although Lisa was clearly a rep (or just just totally hot for Bulb Energy)- she has a point-
I may look to switch in the next few days, that way I wont need to chase Eon. I'll hopefully get a response from them soon.0 -

The Eon app is crap! Even an Eon operator agreed with me!

Hello KnightSmile and I'm sorry you've spent so long on the phone and haven't had a reply to your tweet.
I'm also sorry you haven't been able to use our app. We're aware of issues with the app and are working to fix these.
Are you trying to give us the latest electricity reading? If you are, have you tried putting it through our website using a desktop device rather than the app. Our website is working okay and you'll be able to update your account quickly.
If you're still struggling, try the Live Chat service on our website. Advisors are online from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and between 8am and 6pm Saturdays. They'll be happy to help and it'll save you hanging on the phone.
You can also email through the 'contact us' page on our website or via the address in our Profiles.
