Looks like other people have had the idea and got the money years before the OP. Not sure where OP gets the £21k per month turnover from.
this place is open 65 hours per week and charges £25 per session meaning, if operating similar hours and costs would need 3 customers each and every hour...unlikely http://kentoxygentherapy.org/prices/
Unless OP is in an area where there is a demand but no facilities, puts up at least half the money it is likely to be a no more than a dream

So continue the therapy but use your new found health to start a business that doesn't require such a large outlay.

If the returns were so good then the manufacturer would start their own company to operate the machines, rather than just make the margin on selling them. They would recover their initial investment in less time than you can and from then on it's pretty much all profit for them.

Instead they wait for someone to come along hoping to make money and they just make a one time cut out of it.
