    That was my thought too when I saw the plan. Divide the middle bedroom, put a door opening inwards opposite the cupboard, and you should be able to get a quadrant shower, basin and loo in. Unlike an ensuite anyone can use it too.

    Pipework will be more of a pain but not impossible.
    For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple and wrong.
