How do I know what nationwide account I have?

PS not sure if you have a cheque book but you will not receive a new cheque book you can still use the old cheques even though they may well say flexbasic printed on them just as long as the account number and sort code remain the same for your new account
Nationwide don't provide cheque books on the FlexBasic account. In fact, I don't know of any bank which provides cheque books on Basic accounts.0 -

Just use the FlexBasic one as they will operate in parallel for a few weeks. A FlexAccount card will be winging it's way to you - they aren't the fastest
If you go to the lost/stolen card section of the Nationwide app, it will advise what cards are currently active. Usually the new card is denoted with a 'new card ' icon.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
