Bulk LPG Supply Transfer Issue

Hi folks. I recently bought a 4 bed house which has an external LPG Tank. The LPG was with Flogas and I wanted to change to Calor. My experience with Flogas hasn't been good and their customer service wasnt great. Even to get a minimal top up of fuel was a laboured issue.
A Calor engineer assessed the tank and Ive been told the tank doesn't meet regulations - distance between neighbouring walls and the concrete that the tank sits on is crumbling - the latter I think is OTT. The ballpark figures Calor gave for them to correct the issues were between £850 to £2500+.
Getting access to the tank for a replacement would require a crane to be deployed in the land next to us. So that would require neighbour's permission. - Also it may damage the land.
So the transfer has been cancelled. Only Calor and Flogas supply LPG in our area. I dont want to take out a 2 year contract with Flogas. They wont even fix prices for 12 months like Calor.
If we get rid of the LPG then Oil is the only option. Alternative options are far too costly right now. But what are the ballpark figures converting a 4 bed from Bulk LPG to Oil? But I suppose the issue is getting rid of the LPG tank.
**Ended up going with Flogas.. **
