I have gotten two parking notices from f1rst parking charges and I chose to ignore them. Although now after several national debt collection Ltd letter later I have recieved a letter on dcbl which looks a bit more serious and they are looking aksing for £160.

Is there anything I can do? Or do I just carry on ignoring them.

Please any help would be great.
    Thanks you

But DCBL are no different to other morons you have ignored

The "two hat" DCBL works like this ...

1: They are bog standard debt collectors who within the parking scam can do nothing ...... so nothing serious

2: They also act as high court agents which you will see on TV's soap opera "cant' pay we'll take it away"
For that to happen, the case must have gone to court, and you ignored everything

YOU HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN TO COURT ??

And DCBL are trying to scam you by adding a fake £60

Yes that's correct I haven't been to court, although I am worried because I don't know wether I should continue ignoring or take a different route with this. The last thing I want is to be taken to court and having to fork out a lot money by not doing something now which could help me avoid this.

No point in talking to debt collectors as all they want is money
    and their fake add-on

You just wait now. County court is not a place that will award the claimant a lot of money

    Parking charge £100
    Court fee £25
    Legal fee £50 (capped

    So about £175 - £180

Given they are claiming £160 already (FAKE) and given that the courts are fully aware of the parking scam, you will no doubt end up winning and then you can claim your costs up to £95

As said, wait and should you get a letter before claim, please come back here for all the help you need to zap them

Thank you for that, a letter of claim be from the actual parking company I suppose? And also how likely do you think that would be bearing in mind it is first parking llp.

Well First parking will not do this themselves, probably one of the dodgy incompetent legals they use ..... not a big problem

They won't care if it's your first time, scammers only want your money

Oh right that's fair enough, has first parking llp as a company ever taken anyone to court tho? And if they have what kind of.amount of money would they take you to court over. Really stressing over this.

As said in my post #14

    So about £175 - £180

No point in you stressing, none of us including you know if they will take it further ..... just wait

I would prefer to just ignore them and for them to go away as I don't want to be taken to court

That is not going to happen, it is quite possible that they would go to court. You are not dealing with John Lewis here, you need to kick @rse.
