  • Hello everybody, a piece of good news to tell that we have won the court case on 22/11 and awarded our travel expenses. Still need to wait for 21 days for the claimant to decide whether to start appeal procedure or not. Anyway , thank you guys for your assistance the way through.

    Why do you think VCS will appeal ?

    Who was the judge and which court please ?

    So you can help others, could you kindly do a report on what happened

    1) The claimant's rep. told the judge that they will consider appeal.
    2) It was heard in Derby County Court, and it was Scott, the deputy judge.
    3) Judge Scott dismissed the case basing on two things
    a) The claimed amount of £160.00 was irrelevant, as she pointed out that the extra £60
    was taken as a penalty on top of the £100 parking charge which is not acceptable
    b) She agreed with me regarding the insufficiency and legibility of the signs

    Today we have received the court order saying that:

    "Leave to appeal is refused"

    So everything has cleaned up.
