If your initial appeal was sent within their 28 day deadline and you provided the information they required (not the driver identity) as detailed on the PCN, and they've failed to provide a POPLA code, then send a complaint to Steve Clark of the BPA. Don't sit on your hands on this, strike now.

    No, there's no template.
Thanks - I haven't appealed as only just received this letter and it's the first I've been contacted by them

For all of those complaining I CBA, my wife has been in hospital and I've just had a very stressful day trying to get her home during the storm. I appreciate the help, but sometimes there's more to understand before jumping to conclusions about someone. I will contact steve now.

@dilby, do you feel able to provide us with an update on this anytime soon?
Don't tell me, he's just reappeared on the forum with another case he wants us to spend our time helping him out of it?  Another CBA?
When you say reappeared, am I meant to hang out on here? I have been back and forward hospital recently and am doing my best to hold things together. I know the folks on this forum have a rep, but really that's a bit beyond to be like that isn't it?

But that was on 1 July 2019 at 3:31PM that @Umkomaas suggested you contact Steve Clark.   ;)

I'm not referring to that case, this is a new PCN my wife has received. The other case was a whole different situation and I have received more than 1 ticket in my life.

Umkomaas had the time on their hands to go through my other posts and quote them I've replied to the wrong thread - brain is a muddle this week for obvious reasons. I'm going to bail and pay - i'm a freelancer and its easier to carry out a couple of tasks and pay the fine than mess about here to be honest. Thanks if you were in some way genuinely trying to help.
