I wanted to ask if anyone knew if I had any rights on this issue - I called Virgin as my monthly bill had rocketed to
94 pounds and was offered a reduction in my bill plus they added in films to the package - they send me through the contract and it did not mention the film additions and having called this morning the customer service rep said there was no notes on this so I’ve asked them to
Review the call recording - if they say no can I complain any where as I feel a little mis sold to...
