The best way to get hold of the lady in charge of Exe Bridges car park is to contact Georgie (someone shared her contact details already) and ask for your email to be forwarded on.
Each time I contacted Sophie via email it bounced back after a few days and said unable to send. Here's her details anyway in case anyone else has better luck.
