This morning I've received an email back from the senior surveyor saying that she's cancelled the parking charge!
    UP YOURS, UKPC!
    Brilliant!

I was in Exeter at the weekend. Nice place.

Can you tell us the email address for people to use for Exe Bridges retail park?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
  • The best way to get hold of the lady in charge of Exe Bridges car park is to contact Georgie (someone shared her contact details already) and ask for your email to be forwarded on.
Each time I contacted Sophie via email it bounced back after a few days and said unable to send. Here's her details anyway in case anyone else has better luck.

If the retail park has a website, where's the problem - they must have 'contact us'?
There's a retail park in Coventry that has a website with a contact us - web form for email and details for the management company.

I lost my wallet there back in August 2018 and wanted to find out if there was a local contact for lost property to see if it had been handed in, but the management company people I emailed CBA to reply.

UKPC have wasted your time, if you have not already done so, waste theirs, complain to your MP.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
