the difference now is that after !!!! ups they decided an appeal had to be offered , POPLa wont do it so they roped in a company called ITAL , they go under name of AS parking (appeals) , they are in actual fact the company that prosecutes passengers for not buying tickets !!!

some of the results we are seeing are just bloody silly

if yours is recent , you can waste time by asking for an AS code , filling or not filling in as you wish , this in itself should waste 6-8 weeks

no matter what you say in an appeal , it will fail

use this pre written appeal if you wish ,

Cheryl, have you based your forum username from your real name?
