Hi All
My family and i are travelling to Canada in the summer- my cousin who lives over there has purchased rodeo tickets for us- i need to transfer her the money to pay for them and am confused by all the information out there about transferring money (i ignorantly thought it would be straightforward!)
Can anyone recommend the best way- there seems to be many companies offering transfers- how do i know which ones are not dodgy? Can i just send money from my bank?
It not a huge amount that needs to be transferred...help??

Maybe, but it seems we are hardly talking about a fortune here from the sounds of it. Difference will probably be minimal.0 -
About 6% last time I checked. You do realise this is a money saving site, right?bradders1983 wrote: »Maybe, but it seems we are hardly talking about a fortune here from the sounds of it. Difference will probably be minimal.
Transferwise is the answer, though they are generally beatable if you're willing to shop around a bit.0 -

6%?
Transferwise - £100 results in 175.08 CAD
Paypal - £100 results in £171.05 CAD
