Greenwich High Road PCN (paid and displayed a ticket)

Hi all,

I have read through the other forums regarding this car park and the £100 fines they dish out, but most of not all mention that they hadn’t purchased a ticket.
I also read through the appeal templates and they also mention inadequate signage (which for me I don’t think would apply?).
Or do I still use the same template...

I entered Greenwich High Road Car Park, paid £7.50 for 3 hours parking (which in itself is daylight robbery ), but left within an hour and 42 minutes by their time stamps so was well within my allowance. There is no picture of my dash board without a ticket and they are simply providing the entrance and exit photos from the ANPR camera.

Not sure how best to proceed with appealing? And if I can just use the template from the NEWBIE thread and make any amendments?

Thanks!

Where did you study contract law? In what way is the signage 'adequate'?

What were you thinking of amending? Are you considering adding anything to it?

    Which parking company please?

Must be about a wrong VRN then, so have you still got the PDT from the machine?

    Which PPC?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
