Thought I would just give you an update. My case was scheduled to be heard in my local court on 20th September. My job for the weekend was to finalise my witness statement ahead of dropping it off to the court next week.
Today I've come home to a letter of discontinuance from B W Legal. I must say I was looking forward to fighting my case in court.....
Another one bites the dust.
Can i claim my costs to date and if so can someone point me in the direction of some guidance please?0
