Hi,
I recently made a claim under the!EC Regulation 261/2004 for a delayed flight with Brussels airline. Quick summary:!!
Flight number: SN 2048!
Departure airport: BHX!
Scheduled departure time: Thu 7/03/19 17:30!
Arrival airport: Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, FCO
Actual Arrival into Brussels: 01h15 on 8th March.!
We were handed £10 food voucher at BHX and were put up in a hotel overnight in Brussels and given tickets leaving on the first flight to Rome.
Brussels airline has said they will reimburse me €400 In line with Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, but will not reimburse me for the hotel and tour, the cost of which is:!
Hotel - £358.28
Tour - £80.65
What are my rights? What's the next course of action. I have provided them with invoices/proof of payment for both of these.
Any assistance/advice will be greatly appreciated.

There's no obigation for them to reimburse consequential losses. You'll need to claim this on your travel insurance.0
