Highview Parking

Highview Parking have sent me, as keeper, two charge notices and a charge notice reminder and now I have a legal action pending letter despite sending my template appeal letter on 4/2/19.
The letter threatens use of a debt collection agency and my credit rating.
As keeper not driver of the vehicle I realise that Highview do not use the POFA 2012 wording but they have not provided a reference number to appeal.
I'd really appreciate further advice on what to do next. Thanks.

Have you thoroughly read the NEWBIES section?
99% of answers are there including how to deal with scummy debt beggars.0 -
It seems as though I have made an error with the drop down box ! Looking at their email reply they state "Yes" to being the driver. I was not the driver. What can I do now ?
Many thanks for advice.0 -
Ask them for a POPLA code. If they haven't provided one complain to the BPA.0

Thank you. I'm not sure how to approach them for a POPLA code given that I cannot reply to their email and the advice is never to phone them.Maybe go straight to the BPA?
I guess I have let myself in for need to appeal have I even though it is Highview?0 -
Go straight to the BPA. I would copy in the DVLA too just to stir it up a bit.0

Hi sorry to post on here as a new reply etc but I’ve not been able to find the answer using my iPhone.
I received a parking fine from highview parking for £85 but paid within 14 days they said they will reduce it to £50. In their letter they provide photos of my car entering and leaving the car park with date and time. I used the car park to access sports direct but when I arrived it hadn’t opened yet so I went to McDonalds for a coffee with my 17 month daughter who had a play and I obviously lost track of time and over stayed hence the ticket. What would you suggest I do? Tia0 -

2. Do a forum search on keywords 'Highview appeal'** and follow advice where others have been very successful.
3. Start a new thread if, after reading the above advice, you can't understand - but Highview is the easiest of easy!
** HOW TO USE THE FORUM SEARCH FUNCTION:
Hit your 'Back' button to get back to the forum thread list. On the bar just above the threads you'll see the 'Search' function.
