Sorry, forgot to ask, do I use all their account reference numbers, or do I omitted these. And presumably I highlight my old address.
    Really sorry for this.

Their reference numbers will remain related to you right through this, so of course you quote them, otherwise it may be difficult to link your letter to them to your case.

Yes, highlight the old address, but make it clear that nothing further should be posted there by Armtrac or any of their agents ... and here is the new address for all future correspondence.

Send your letter with a free Certificate of Posting from your Post Office counter as with this, the letter is deemed by law to have been delivered by the second working day after posting.

Do not use (or pay for!) 'Signed For' (previously known as 'Recorded' or 'Registered') or 'Special Delivery' as some PPCs refuse to accept such, then all you have is proof of non-delivery.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Yet again another silly question, letter done,
Do I send it to the armtrac cornwall address or the London address?
    Thanks again

We're no wiser than you on that. If you're not confident about which one, then cover both.

Well it doesn't appear to have taken them long. I have now received a Letter of Claim giving me 30 days to pay or the will issue a claim in the county court.
This letter include an information form, a reply form which includes several sub questions and an income/expenditure form.
And it states if I don't comply within the 30 days, they'll issue a high court claim without further reference to me.
What would be the best way to proceed now?

By reading the NEWBIES thread about LBC stage. Please! No filling in forms.

That's why it's there as a resource; sorry to say, we are so busy here, we can't handle each and every case, question by question, about basic stages like Letter before Claim and what to do.

It's in the second post of that sticky thread all about pre-court and defence of claims.

You will be glad we are strict about basic stages/forms, when you really need us to look at your defence once you get your claim form. Honestly you will need us then. You do not need us to talk to you about what to do at LBC stage.

Your letter DOES NOT say 'High Court'.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Nope it doesn't say High Court.

I have now written a SAR to Armtrac and a notification/on hold letter to BW sand also a letter to the director of the museum where the event happened.
So I guess I just wait and see what happens again.

    Hi again all,
Well I received a letter and 13 page privacy notice printout from bwlegal.
Basically they are saying my account will not be suspended from further collection activity unless instructed to by their client, and please contact them for a resolution.

I would upload a picture of the letter but I have no idea how to. Sorry.

How long can they continue to harass over this.? I'm beginning to dread the postman arriving.
