You just jogged my memory, this was the problem i had the cost to fight outweighed the debt and i didn't know where to turn then it all slipped my memory and now letters come again, so basically i have to pay it?

They have added all sorts of charged though.

If you pay the CCJ off, it will still be there lurking on your credit file marked as satisfied, but still having an effect.

There is some advice in the newbies thread, in order to get help you need to work with the people on here and provide answers, sometimes the replys may be blunt to the point of appearing rude, however there is a huge workload on these forums which can result in short and abrupt replys.

Quick question, do you have any records that show why a parking charge was issued in the very first place, and in whose car parks?

You've had a ccj for nearly 6 years without it seemingly affect you. That one drops off the record in December this year.

The question is do you really need to do anything about them? It would appear not as DCBL are stating they aren't going to turn up on your doorstep.

It's your call but I would be inclined to sit it out and see what happens.
