    You have said their have been delays your side, maybe the vendor had concerns whether you would be able to proceed. Either way, it's not worth getting in a tizz over. I am sure everything will be sorted soon enough.

    I'd be really hacked off if I were you. If the vendor has put the house back on the market after 8 weeks, its really bad form. These so-called 'people' don't deserve to sell their house. They are sickening, inhuman filth; slithering among the living with the malevolence of a deathly plague.
