Well tbf, the parking company could have told you to get one after your initial contact with them. Or the parking attendant.

Of course, that would be too much like fair trading practices, and they wouldn't want those

avi2, really hope you are not thinking of paying those speculative invoices you have already picked up?

Did the Housing Office agree to get those invoices cancelled?

If not, it has been suggested several time in this thread, you should seek help on the parking tickets board.
