But it is strange I've just scanned the laptop with the Crucial scanner and I get this message:
We’re sorry.
Crucial currently does not have any compatible upgrades available for your particular system.'
Go online and ask Crucial themselves, they are very helpful. It’s less time consuming than asking and waiting on here.0 -
Your laptop currently has a 2.5" SATA HDD, any 2.5" size SSD with a SATA interface will work. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

This anonymous expert had an IT consultancy a couple of decades ago servicing SMCs and from 2008-2013 had a business refurbishing ex-corporate laptops and selling them throughout the EU, probably doing more laptops in that 5 years than you'll set eyes on in a lifetime. This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
