Plusnet House Move Issues - Any advice?

Hi,
We moved house nearly 3 weeks ago. We arranged with plusnet to move our internet service on 26/02/2019 - the day after we moved in.
When this day came - only the phone line was activated and not the internet.
Since then, I have spent lots of time on the phone to plusnet - they have given us 5 or 6 dates now claiming the internet will be activated by midnight and this has not happened.
When I ask them what is going on they always just say that it's a problem with BT wholesale's system.
I feel like we are now in an endless cycle where plusnet give us a date and that date comes and goes with no internet. I'm at a loss what to do now because plusnet say that this is a BT wholesale problem, not them, but I can't complain to BT wholesale directly.
Has anyone else had similar house move experiences? Would be great to get an idea of whether there are any other ways I can push this along or how much longer we can expect to wait.

This is very common, just go to the Plusnet community forums to see this type of complaint.
Suggested course of action:
1. Go to the !!!!!!!!!!!!! website
2. Search for Plusnet
3. Email the Plusnet CEO0
