  • ok send the appeal await reply , ask for signage , say it was not clear (your language) , then kick off to BPA (or who ever)

    all letters / emails should be in your home language
  • According to the pofa 2012 they have to issue the pcn , by post alone, within 14 days ? Am I reading the act correctly?

    Yes but CP Plus choose not to use the POFA, I already told you that, which is why they will cancel!

    The NEWBIES thread already tells you that parking firms DO NOT have to use the POFA or adhere to that time limit, but if they choose not to (like CP Plus) they cannot hold a keeper liable, only a known driver.

    Hence why you never say who was driving.

    Just use the template.

    Did you see the easy cancellation reported in that Scottish thread I linked? Yours will be the same, no need to over-think it.
