The press seems to have a slightly different view.That seems quite clear the Raisin offering is now running on Starling’s platform and is essentially a white label account.Surely any bank offering white-labelled services should be expected not to have the account holder's mobile phone number configured as a unique key across all variants of the platform?!Imagine the chaos if, say, Lloyds and Halifax had technical constraints that effectively precluded customers from holding accounts with both....0

Yes you'd think that while the platform was the same, the actual customer data would be completely separate.
I've actually given up on Starling now after a terrible customer service experience (took them almost two months to change my address!). I think the platform needs a bit of development frankly.0 -
