    Spoke to trading standards who also advised that as the PCN was dated till 19 days after the alledged offence then it's invalid under the pofa 2012

    But all that means is that they cannot transfer the driver's liability to the keeper.

    But they can't do that anyway because the incident occurred on byelaws land where POFA doesn't apply.

    Disappointing to see that we have two threads covering this incident.

    What idiots. The POFA doesn't apply to a byelaws penalty!

    Ignore this and it will time out after 6 months. Please spare our time on this basic matter and read other threads.
