ZZPS letter too early

So I exhausted the appeals process for an indigo railway ticket and then siad I had to pay within 28 days. I received a letter in the post yesterday from ZZPS saying debt had now been passed to them but in theory according to indigo I had until 18tj March to pay the fine.
Should I email anything to zzps so I have no liability to them as still within timeframe of being able to pay indigo or could I claim harassment as they have contacted me too early?

this is getting common with indigo , hopefully this will be a railway carpark , if it is then search for indigo - bylaws , all will be explained
EDIT :
IT has been explained what to do , already on your other thread0 -
Debt crawlers have absolutely no powers whatsoever other than to send you poor quality bog paper. It is not worth you wasting time and energy on contacting them.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0

Although I just noticed the bank account details and sort code are the same for zzps and indigo. The are the same company!0

They're not the same company. The debt crawlers are asking you to pay Indigo.
Is this to do with your existing thread with a railway Indigo case? If so you should be posting there not starting a new thread with no context.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
So there is no risk of them standing around bailiffs etc?0

Only if the PPC took you to court, AND you lost, AND you failed to pay, AND the scammers got a court order against you AND you failed to pay that.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
Looks like your other thread refers to the same incident? https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/75581612#Comment_75581612
You shouldn't run two threads for the same case. It makes it much more difficult for the people who are trying to help you.
Meanwhile..... if you read through other Indigo Byelaws cases you'll see that these penalties are fake. Totally unenforceable. No risk of bailiffs.
Any risk of prosecution (as far as we know they have never prosecuted for parking offences) disappears 6 months after the alleged infringement.0 -
Had you been issued a code to do an ITAL appeal , yes or no0

Yes, I went through that process already.0
