thats not really my arguament, thats just the reason I wanted to complain and get out of my contract. Its the final bill that is the issue..
• So what are you after?
• You terminated a contract early.

You now need to settle up and pay along with any ETC’s

No magic ball only BT accounts can help you .
Not enough information to even guess .
Do you have your actual old BT Bills .
Looked again but we have no idea what the actual costs of your BT Sport are .
Likewise Fail to pay last bill £61.48
BT Sport at £128.81 divided by months left on valid contract .
As you choose to cancel a valid contract and have not paid two years down the line deal with it before it gets worse.

I have made an official complaint to BT which they have failed to respond to.

How did you do this? Did you contact the CEO? If not, email him. Email is philip.jansen@bt.com
This will then be put to his complaints team - from past experience they are great!

Complaints about Lowell to the BT CEO were about as useful as a chocolate fireguard IME.

He completely failed to address my issues adequately - Not least the one about my never actually having been a customer, so I couldn't owe them any money and persisted with veiled threatening references to "details held on file". Eventually he washed his hands of me by claiming the whole matter was out of his hands anyway!

Took about two more years of headbanging Lowell and involving Action Fraud to finally and recently get a letter out of them saying they had ceased all action against me. Still no acceptance that they should never have taken any in the first place...!
