Bt sport/lowell

Hi guys, I really need some help!
I have been arguing with BT Sport for nearly 3 years, and for the last year with Lowells. They are now saying they are going to make a claim against me.
The whole thing is over a bill for £168.53.
I took out a BT Sport contract in 2016, then realised it would NOT work on multiple sky Q boxes. This was not made clear at all. I argued with BT then cancelled my contract. They then told me I would have to settle my contract, so i told them I would in that case continue with the contract for the balance of the year, but they refused.
I received a bill from BT but it is really poor. There is no detail on it at all regarding how the bill is arrived at. my Monthly payment was £26.99, so none of the figures on their bill make any sense.
So I have been offering to pay it IF they can detail the bill properly, which they have refused, then sold the debt to Past Due Credit, then Frederickson, then Advantis, all three of which bounced the issue back to BT. Then BT sold the debt on to Lowells and they are not listening at all.
They have put a default marker on my credit file which I feel is grossly unfair. I am not refusing to pay the bill, I just want them to tell me how it is made up as I think it is inaccurate?
I have made an official complaint to BT which they have failed to respond to.
link to bill enclosed.

Is there any way I can remove the default?
Please Help!!

But the actual numbers are not correct? Are you saying that I can be sent a bill that doesnt make any sense and I should just pay it?!!0

looks like your bill for the previous month wasn't paid (so a month of services??) + the remainder of your contract.
is it the 61.48 you are disputing?0 -
what do the other 2 pages of the bill say?0

New link below for all 3 pages.

My monthly contract was £26.99. I didnt pay a bill as we were arguing at the time about getting them to re-instate my contract, which they eventually refused.
So I agree I owe 2 months, but that comes to £53.98, so I am disputing their figure of £61.48
As for the next numbers, totalling £107.05, they just don't make any sense. again my monthly fee was £26.99, and my service started on 18th August 2016, so would expire on 18th Aug 2017 - another 8 months.
Also it says I have had a refund for payments made in advance, well clearly I had not made any payments in advance.
The bill is so unclear, no information of how the bill was arrived at and so on.0 -
My BT Sport works perfectly well on my Sky Q boxes!0
