Not sure what the problem is as I'm getting it no problem. In any event you would then have to put in your postcode to see if it's available to you in your area.0

Not really enough information there.
What is happening when you follow the link?
Are you in an area which Virgin serve? (50% of the country aren't)
Are you an existing Virgin customer? If so, the offer isn't for you, it is new customers only.
I followed the link from the newsletter on this site which comes up as https://broadband.moneysavingexpert.com/search-96022 and from there I could go to the Virgin site without issue.0 -
Sorry, should have given more details:

Suspect it could be down to the fact the site mentions BB & Land-line +TV. The +TV part taking the cost above that suggested in the email, which only mentions BB.0

I clicked through both the email I received this morning and the https://broadband.moneysavingexpert.com/ website and both took me to the same (correct) page. Not sure how you're managing anything else, I'm using Chrome 64bit on Win10 64bit just in case it's a browser issue.0

Called Virgin on the number given to find that:
The deal must include Phone Line and for some reason the only service they are able to offer at my address is Broadband and/or TV, not Phone
The agent kindly explained that he thought it unlikely that Phone would be available in the near future
I asked if I could take the offer without Phone, he said no, and most people don't want a phone line anyway
Suggests that the offer is intended to encourage Phone line use
Makes sense when you see that any call costs a minimum of 11ppm (with the exception of weekend landline)
Even calls to Virgin mobile are 19/14/0ppm
Big shame, as I was very keen on this deal, and will probably end up paying the standard price for it anyway0 -
Exactly that one and easy to see how they got the £18.75. Strange why they can't supply a phone line as the op has said though, assuming that is there is one, or has been one there historically.0
