The Adelphi is owned by Britannia Hotels voted the worst hotel group in the country for six years running, the multimillionaire owner doesn't care!

I suspect he's very happy with the performance of PE, the company was fined £265,000 for food hygiene breaches at The Adelphi I doubt very much a parking complaint will bother them at all.

and PONTINS features regularly in complaints on tv and the media , especially southport and brean sands and camber sands

I was never impressed with that adelphi when it featured on the tv series, nor the manageress, who has also been interviewed on programmes like watchdog about Pontins

you wont get any help from the management or owner, of that you can be assured

Oh I remember that, it was bad even then, years ago.

She was awful, so awful in fact he made her a director of the company!

I read that Liverpool council wanted to take over the Adelphi as they were so embarrassed at how bad it made the city look.

Parking Ete's signage can be very dodgy, not compliant with their Trade Association's rules at all, read this

Write bad stuff about the hotel on TripAdvisor, Facebook, Trivago, Booking.com, Hotels.com, etc., and complain to your MP.

This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of alleged contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors. Is has been suggested by an MP that some of these companies may have connections to organised crime.

Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, (especially Smart}, and others have already been named and shamed in the House of Commons as have Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each week), hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned. They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P. for unprofessional conduct

The problem become so widespread that MPs agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. It has cleared Parliament and hopefully, this will become law shortly.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
