iv just swopped from an apple phone to an android HUAWEI P SMART
iv had a new sim from EE Iv put it in the new phone but I am having problems with the charger so I reported it to amazon who have sent me another new phone
Can I just put the new sim into this new phone or do I have to register it

No, just put the sim in and then sign in to your Google account.0

The SIM has to work in any phone that isn't locked to a different network - if it's what you asked about.0
