Will question

Hi,
My parent is likely to leave a considerable amount in their will. Myself and two siblings are due to inherit in an equal three way split.

What if one of us dies? Two of the siblings have no children although one has a long term partner with 3 children who are not her’s.

The other sibling is single and lives abroad and won’t have any children in the future. We are all in our 50’s.

I am assuming that my share will go to my children if I die - is that right? What about my siblings situations. Sorry- I have tried to google and got rather confused.

You've ended up in the pet bit of the forum which is probably why no replies.
There is a specific death, wills and probate sub forum where if you post again there you'll get a better response.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
