I E-mailed Barclaycard and asked where my £25 was, they said that I didn't quilify for the offer. But then offered me 0% on purchases'

I've just replied with the terms and condition's set out on the application, and how I followed their rules. As some of the others on this thread have said why offer an incentive then hold back on it....

...If I don't get any joy I'll cancel the card and continue using my Egg money card (at least they hold up to their offers).

Received my £25 recently, just quietly arrived in the account, several months late.

So I phoned Barclaycard - Ask to be put through to the oyster helpline then explained and was then put through to barclaycard operations, was put on hold for 10 mins, and told the amount had been credited back to my account and will be visible via my e-banking account tomorrow.

After threatening to close and cancel all my cards with barclays several months ago, they gave in and said they will credit my oyster card with £25......................:T:j
